Edible Landscape Inspired by Nature
We awakened the senses through an elegante and playful dining experience discovering new flavors, textures and ways of consuming culinary art. With nature and "foraging" as our inspirational axes, we presented a beautiful mixed-technique approach consisting of a dialogue between the ceramic pieces of Antonella Meloni and the culinary compositions of Lisandro Illa, all coming together in an in-situ installation designed by Anna Keville Joyce.
We guided our guests through a culinary tour full of surprises where the stones and the forest accompanied us in connecting to our primal instincts. Immersed in this ecosystem, you were invited to explore, discover and learn through the simple yet profound process of eating and connecting with nature.
The Menu
Mushrooms, fermented vegan cheeses, fruits and vegetables in unconventional presentations were the protagonists of the evening's plant-based menu.
